By accessing or using WoW Train (the "App") and the glosx.app website (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. About GLOSX
WoW Train is developed and operated by GLOSX (Sebastian Jasinsky), an independent travel technology project. The App and Site provide real-time European train schedules, journey search and curated travel services.
2. Service Description
We aggregate publicly available timetable data and real-time information from official railway APIs. We do not operate train services or sell tickets directly. All bookings are processed by verified third-party partners (such as Trainline, Klook, Kiwitaxi, Yesim).
3. Affiliate Disclosure
WoW Train participates in affiliate programs. When you make a purchase through links on our App or Site, we may earn a commission from the partner at no additional cost to you. This commission supports the free maintenance of our platform.
4. Accuracy of Information
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date train schedules, delays and platform information, this data is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Always verify critical travel details with the official railway operator before your journey.
5. Third-Party Bookings
Any transaction (ticket purchase, hotel reservation, transfer, eSIM activation) is governed by the terms and conditions of the partner platform that processes the payment. GLOSX is not a party to these transactions and is not responsible for the partner's service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for personal travel planning. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the App or Site. Automated requests, bots and other forms of abuse may result in restriction of access.
7. Intellectual Property
The WoW Train name, GLOSX brand, logo, design, and original content are the property of Sebastian Jasinsky. Public timetable data (GTFS) is provided under the licenses of the respective railway operators.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GLOSX shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App or Site, including but not limited to missed trains, incorrect schedule information, or issues with partner bookings.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Argentina, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
